Launched in 1986, the Quebec Immigrant Investor Program (QIIP) is the oldest Residency by Investment Program in operation.
Stuart Investment Management Limited is a Canadian Financial Institution authorized to participate in the Quebec Immigrant Investor Program. The Quebec Government implemented a quota system that limits the intake of applications to the QIIP. As an authorized Financial Intermediary, Stuart has access to these quotas.
